Ingredients
- 10 or 12 medium medium sized red skinned potatoes; unpeeled
- 1 bag (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups commercial sour cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- - pepper to taste
How To Make loaded mashed potatoes

Step 1Peel & Cut up potatoes.Cook potatoes in boiling water25 minutes or until tender.

Step 2Drain potatoes in a colander and return to pot. Add butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cream with an electric mixer. Stir in onions and bacon.

Step 3Spray the bottom of a glass casserole with butter-flavored cooking spray. Spread potatoes into pan.

Step 4Cover with shredded cheddar and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
