Ingredients

  • 10 or 12 medium medium sized red skinned potatoes; unpeeled
  • 1 bag (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups commercial sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • - pepper to taste

How To Make loaded mashed potatoes

  • Step 1
    Peel & Cut up potatoes.Cook potatoes in boiling water25 minutes or until tender.
  • Step 2
    Drain potatoes in a colander and return to pot. Add butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cream with an electric mixer. Stir in onions and bacon.
  • Step 3
    Spray the bottom of a glass casserole with butter-flavored cooking spray. Spread potatoes into pan.
  • Step 4
    Cover with shredded cheddar and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
