Loaded Mashed Potatoes
10 or 12 mediummedium sized red skinned potatoes; unpeeled
1 bag(s)(8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bunchgreen onions, sliced
1 1/2 ccommercial sour cream
·pepper to taste
How to Make Loaded Mashed Potatoes
- Peel & Cut up potatoes.Cook potatoes in boiling water25 minutes or until tender.
- Drain potatoes in a colander and return to pot. Add butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cream with an electric mixer. Stir in onions and bacon.
- Spray the bottom of a glass casserole with butter-flavored cooking spray. Spread potatoes into pan.
- Cover with shredded cheddar and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
