loaded mashed potatoes
(1 RATING)
My daughter doesn't like gravy that much, so I came up with this recipe so we could still eat our mashed potatoes, and you can add just about anything you like (broccoli, bacon bits, etc.). If you want to make it even quicker, use instant mashed potatoes.

How To Make loaded mashed potatoes
-
Step 1Boil potatoes until tender, about 10-15 mins. Drain. Put potatoes back in pot, mash very well. Add all of the ingredients. Salt, pepper, garlic powder and chives to taste. Optional, if you have bacon bits on hand you can use them too. Serve warm.
-
Step 2Refrigerate leftovers, if you have any. An idea for reusing the leftovers is to use them to top Shepard's Pie, very tasteful.
