mashed potatoes
1/3 c
8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
1 c
sour cream
2 tsp
parsley flakes
1 tsp
garlic salt
1/4 tsp
3/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
12 slice
bacon, cooked & crumbled(about 1/2 c.)

How to Make Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients, except cheese and bacon, in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium-high speed until potatoes are smooth and creamy.
  • 2Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. If you prefer extra crispy bacon, reserve bacon and sprinkle at the end of cooking. Cover.
  • 3Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
