loaded hashbrowns ( my way)

Usually have this side for brunch family loves them.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon (diced)
  • 2 large potatoes (shedded)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 small green pepper (diced)
  • 1 small red pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup mexican blend cheese
  • 2 slices american cheese

How To Make loaded hashbrowns ( my way)

  • Step 1
    In a large sauté pan that has been sprayed layer bacon on bottom, cover bacon with hash browns, then top with onion, green pepper and red pepper.
  • Step 2
    Cook on medium flame till first side is brown, about 15 minutes, turn carefully, brown other side 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Before removing from heat top with cheeses, cook till cheeses are melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
