Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon (diced)
- 2 large potatoes (shedded)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 small green pepper (diced)
- 1 small red pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup mexican blend cheese
- 2 slices american cheese
How To Make loaded hashbrowns ( my way)

Step 1In a large sauté pan that has been sprayed layer bacon on bottom, cover bacon with hash browns, then top with onion, green pepper and red pepper.

Step 2Cook on medium flame till first side is brown, about 15 minutes, turn carefully, brown other side 15 minutes.

Step 3Before removing from heat top with cheeses, cook till cheeses are melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
