- 6-8 - red potatoes, diced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 package smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup Colby/Monterey Jack shredded cheese
How To Make loaded fried potatoes

Step 1Melt butter in large skillet. Add potatoes, onion, parsley, salts, and pepper. Let it cook down a little.

Step 2Add sausage, mushrooms, and bacon. Continue to cook until potatoes are tender and browned.
