Ingredients

  • 2 pounds new red potatoes , quartered
  • 1/2 cup real mayo mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup butter milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked , and crumbled

How To Make loaded '' baked potato'' salad

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 min. or until tender; drain. cool.
  • Step 2
    Mix mayo,buttermilk and chives in large bowl. Add potatoes and cheese; toss lightly.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate 3 hours. top with bacon just before serving.
