- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked , and crumbled
How To Make loaded '' baked potato'' salad

Step 1Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 min. or until tender; drain. cool.

Step 2Mix mayo,buttermilk and chives in large bowl. Add potatoes and cheese; toss lightly.

Step 3Refrigerate 3 hours. top with bacon just before serving.
