How to Make Lisa's Pot Luck Roast with Vegetables


  1. Rinse pot roast and put in the crock pot and add meat tenderizer, seasoned salt, and garlic salt on meat. Add water, onions, potatoes, and carrots in the crock pot with meat. Cook on medium for 4 hours until meat and vegetables are tender.
