- 6 to 8 - sweet potatoes, washed and sliced
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

How To Make lisa's fried sweet potatoes

Step 1Wash sweet potatoes and slice the sweet potatoes. Put oil in a large skillet on medium heat and when it get hot and put sweet potatoes and fry them until the sweet potatoes are tender. Drain the sweet potatoes on a paper towels lined down on a platter. Sprinkle sugar on sweet potatoes.
