lisa’s leftover cheese mashed potatoes
So last night for dinner, instead of making more mashed potatoes, I used up leftover ones I had on the fridge and they were soooo good.

- 2 cups left over mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- parsley
- pepper
- more shredded cheese for top
- sliced green onions
How To Make lisa’s leftover cheese mashed potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven at 350 Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Put mashed potatoes in the microwave for about a minute they are easier to stir warm Then in a bowl add mashed potatoes, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese, some green onion and pepper and parsley and stir till well mixed up.

Step 3Transfer potatoes to your baking dish, cover with some more cheese and some green onion. Cover with tinfoil and bake for about 25 minutes or till the edges are nice an golden brown. Enjoy
