How to Make Lemon Pepper Fried Potatoes
- Quarter the potatoes, place in a small pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until potatoes are just fork tender. Any longer and they get too mushy.
Place in colander in sink and let drain.
- Heat oil skillet (non stick is best) over medium high heat. While it is heating, shake the potatoes a few times, and then season well with lemon pepper while still in colander.
- When oil is heated, carefully slide the potatoes into the pan, and cook until golden brown. I usually just cook one side, but you can cook the other sides too. Salt if needed, and enjoy
