Lauren's Sweet Potato Casserole

Pat Morris

Since Easter is upon us, I thought you may like this recipe for Sweet Potato Casserole, given to me by by niece, Lauren (thus he name)over 20 years ago. When someone gives me a recipe that I especially like and use often, I rename it for them.

This requested dish has been a requested dish for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas –or any pot luck dinner, whether I have others over to my place or I go to someone else’s place. Even if you do not like sweet potatoes, give this a try –you will love it.
