Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs, plain
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 - medium onion, grated
- - oil for frying
How To Make latkes

Step 1Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs in bowl, set aside.

Step 2Grate 1/2 of potatoes with small holes and the other 1/2 with larger holes.

Step 3Add onions; pat all dry on towel

Step 4Mix in egg mixture. Form into patties (3-4 inches wide). Fry until golden.
