How to Make Latkes
- Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs in bowl, set aside.
- Grate 1/2 of potatoes with small holes and the other 1/2 with larger holes.
- Add onions; pat all dry on towel
- Mix in egg mixture. Form into patties (3-4 inches wide). Fry until golden.
