How to Make ~ Kugel ~

  1. Grate potatoes and squeeze dry. Place in a large bowl, thoroughly mix in remaining ingredients and place in a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approx 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked and golden brown. Near the end I brush with butter. ( last 5 minutes )
  3. I let it set for 5 minutes before cutting. I then serve with green onion and sour cream. Yum!
