I make this every year for Thanksgiving. It's big hit with every one...

Ingredients

4 cups sweet potatoes, grated
2 cups sugar
2 - eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons butter, cubed

How To Make kit's sweet potato pudding....

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F. In medium bowl combine the first 3 ingredients & mix well.

Step 2

Then add in the milk to moisten with the vanilla & make sure to mix everything well.
Step 3

Then pour into baking dish,level everything out & place butter pieces on top.
Step 4

Then bake for about 1-1 1/2 hours. Best serve hot.
