Ingredients

  • 1 package kielbasa with cheese cut into rounds
  • 5 large russet potatoes peeled and sliced thinly (a mandolin works well here)
  • 1 large onion sliced into rings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - fresh parsley for garnish

How To Make kielbasa with fried potatoes and onions

  • Step 1
    Place oil in hot skillet. Brown the potatoes working in batches. Once all are brown add all back to pan with onions and garlic. Add more oil if needed. Once the onions are translucent and starting to brown add the kielbasa. Cook until potatoes are done. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley
