Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup italian salad dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - finely chopped eggs
How To Make italian potato salad

Step 1Par-boil the potatoes, let cool and peel.

Step 2Cut potatoes into cubes, combine with onion & celery. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add salad dressing, toss gently and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 3Add egg and mayonnaise, gently stir.
