Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 - finely chopped eggs

How To Make italian potato salad

  • Step 1
    Par-boil the potatoes, let cool and peel.
  • Step 2
    Cut potatoes into cubes, combine with onion & celery. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add salad dressing, toss gently and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Add egg and mayonnaise, gently stir.
