Ingredients
- FOR THE PANCAKES
- 1 cup grated potatoes
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- - milk, salt and pepper
- - oil for frying
- SAUCE
- 1/4 cup each mayo, sour cream, ketchup
- 1 tablespoon each worcestershire sauce and prepared horseradish
- 1/2 - lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
How To Make irish potato pancakes with mayo sauce

Step 1Mix the grated potatoes, mashed potatoes, flour and enough milk to make it the consistency of pancake batter. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in oil until browned on both sides.

Step 2Mix all ingredients for sauce together and serve over pancakes
