- 2 pounds frozen hash browns,thawed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sour cream, lite
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- pinch salt and pepper
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- - parsley for garnish
How To Make irish potato casserole

Step 1Place potatoes in a lightly greased 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.

Step 2Mix butter, sour cream ,soup and spices together in a bowl.Pour over potatoes.

Step 3Add cheese on top,sprinkle with parsley.Top with corn flakes.

Step 4Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees preheat oven.
