Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns,thawed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups sour cream, lite
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • - parsley for garnish

How To Make irish potato casserole

  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in a lightly greased 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    Mix butter, sour cream ,soup and spices together in a bowl.Pour over potatoes.
  • Step 3
    Add cheese on top,sprinkle with parsley.Top with corn flakes.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees preheat oven.
