Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons ghee
  • 3 large russet potatoes, boiled whole peeled while warm and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup Sev
  • cilantro for garnish

How To Make indian potatoes aloo chaat

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan, melt the ghee and add the potato chunks, and cook until browned and starting to crisp up. Remove to a bowl and add the chili powder, cumin, Chaat masala, and onion. Stir gently.
  • Step 2
    Stir the mango chutney into the potatoes.
  • Step 3
    Mix the yogurt with a little water and salt. Drizzle over the potatoes.
  • Step 4
    Top with the Sev and cilantro.
