Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons ghee
- 3 large russet potatoes, boiled whole peeled while warm and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 small red onion
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 1/4 cup Sev
- cilantro for garnish
How To Make indian potatoes aloo chaat

Step 1In a saucepan, melt the ghee and add the potato chunks, and cook until browned and starting to crisp up. Remove to a bowl and add the chili powder, cumin, Chaat masala, and onion. Stir gently.

Step 2Stir the mango chutney into the potatoes.

Step 3Mix the yogurt with a little water and salt. Drizzle over the potatoes.

Step 4Top with the Sev and cilantro.
