Ingredients
- 6 medium idaho potatos
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- 3 - boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 jar dill relish, small, with juice
- - hellman's mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper
How To Make hubby's favorite potato salad

Step 1Peel potatos, cut into uniform sized pieces, cover with well-salted water, and boil until fork-tender-about 20 min.

Step 2Drain potatos well-let cool slightly.

Step 3Stir in onions, etc., add mayonnaise to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste, chill thoroughly.
