My husband loves these spicy potatoes, especailly off set by the cool cheese sauce. Makes an excellent side dish to any chicken or beef dish.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lawry's seasoned salt
- 2-1/2 pound baking potatoes, cut into thick wedges
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make hot potatoes w/ blue cheese sauce

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Lightly spray a lg rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine 1 tbsp hot pepper sauce, 1 tbsp melted butter and seasoned salt.

Step 2Add potatoes to bowl and toss to coat. Add potatoes to baking sheet in single layer. Roast, turning once for 40 mins.

Step 3Remove from oven and toss w/ remaining hot pepper sauce and butter. In small saucepan, stir together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and pepper. Heat over meddium heat,, Stirring for 3 mins. Serve sauce w/ potatoes.
