Bacon and onions makes anything better! Since there is no mayo in this, it would be great at a picnic or barbecue. I will definitely be making this potato salad again!

6 slicebacon

3/4 conion, chopped

2 Tbspflour

2 Tbspsugar

1 tspsalt

dash(es)pepper

dash(es)worcestershire sauce

1 Tbspparsley, chopped

3/4 cwater
-
1/4 to 1/3 capple cider vinegar
How to Make Hot Potato Salad
- Boil, cool, peel and dice potatoes.
- Brown bacon and onion. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and parsley.
- Remove from heat and stir in water and vinegar.
- Return to heat and bring to a boil, stirring, for 1 minute until thickened.
- Mix with potatoes, put into a casserole and bake for 20 to 30 minutes in a 325 degree oven.
