112 large baking potatoes (red or Yukon Gold) 1 pound bacon 1 medium red onion 1 cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon celery salt 1/4 cup sugar
22 While the potatoes are cooking, cook bacon to crispy in skillet. Remove bacon to drain, reserve drippings.
3 Dice onion. Cook in reserved bacon drippings until tender.
4 Add vinegar, celery salt and sugar. Stir.
5 Crumble bacon, and add to pan.
6 Slice potatoes. Add to pan. Mix until potatoes are well coated.
7 Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot
