Ingredients

5 lbyellow or red potatoes

6 largeorganic eggs

1 largewhite onion

1 lbthick cut bacon

1 largejar of spanish olives

1 largejar of kosher sliced dill pickels

2 jar(s)natures fresh jalapeno salad dressing
How to Make HOT AND SPICY POTATO SALAD
- Cook yellow/red potatoes to the desired tenderness, drain and set aside
- Cut cooked eggs in quarters and add to large mixing bowl
- Dice large onion and add to mixing bowl
- Dice cooked thick cut bacon and add to mixing bowl
- 5. Cut Spanish olives into halves and add to mixing bowl
- Cut Kosher dill pickles into quarters and dice and add to mixing bowl
- Now add 2.5 lbs of cooked potatoes to the mixing bowl
- Add one jar of salad dressing to mixture and combine
- Add remaining potatoes to the mixture
- Add second jar of salad dressing to the mixture
- Combine all ingredients together until desired mixture is attained
- Store overnight in refrigerator for best results
