Got this simple recipe from a friend, which she served with pork chops. This is exactly as she gave it to me, but we often put a bit more butter and horseradish. Super good with grilled steak, too.

Ingredients

1 package bob evans refrigerated mashed potatoes (24 oz)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

How To Make horsey mashed potatoes

Step 1

Microwave the mashed potatoes for 3 minutes on high.S

Step 2

Stir in the butter, sour cream and horseradish. Be sure to use PREPARED HORSERADISH, and NOT horseradish cream!
Step 3

Microwave for another 3 minutes. Serve.
