Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
How To Make horseradish scalloped potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 375F. Grease 1-1/2 quart casserole. Combine milk & horseradish in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on high about 1 minute or just until hot; set aside.

Step 2Cut potatoes into 1/4" thick slices; layer slices in prepared casserole. Stir cream, salt & pepper into milk mixture; pour over potatoes.

Step 3Cover, bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until bubbly & golden brown.
