My husband loved horseradish flavoring in many foods, alongside foods, in dips. This was one of his favorite way to have it.

Ingredients For horseradish scalloped potatoes

3/4 cmilk

3 Tbsphorseradish

2 lbyukon gold potatoes, peeled, sliced

3/4 cwhipping cream

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 cshredded swiss cheese
How To Make horseradish scalloped potatoes

1Preheat oven to 375F. Grease 1-1/2 quart casserole. Combine milk & horseradish in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on high about 1 minute or just until hot; set aside.

2Cut potatoes into 1/4" thick slices; layer slices in prepared casserole. Stir cream, salt & pepper into milk mixture; pour over potatoes.

3Cover, bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until bubbly & golden brown.
