unsalted butter, melted

honey
4 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
dry mustard
1/8 to 1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2 c
cooked and crumbled bacon
1 tsp
salt

How to Make Honey Dijon Roasted Red Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • 2Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray and place chopped potatoes inside.
  • 3Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and stir well until combined. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
  • 4Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until they are tender.
