Honey Dijon Roasted Red Potatoes
2 lbred potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbspunsalted butter, melted
4 Tbspdijon mustard
1 tspdry mustard
1/8 to 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
1/2 ccooked and crumbled bacon
How to Make Honey Dijon Roasted Red Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray and place chopped potatoes inside.
- Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and stir well until combined. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until they are tender.
