  • 2 lb
    red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
  • 4 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c
    cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Honey Dijon Roasted Red Potatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray and place chopped potatoes inside.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and stir well until combined. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
  4. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until they are tender.
