Ingredients
- 6-8 pounds potatoes, scrubbed clead, leave skins intact
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- - vegetable spray
- seasoned salt
- grated parmesan cheese
How To Make homemade potato wedges

Step 1Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil. Cover the bottom of the pan with olive oil.

Step 2Cut potatoes into wedges and place wedges skin-side-down on the greased baking sheet.

Step 3Spray wedges with vegetable spray and sprinkle with seasoned salt and grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 4Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Check for tenderness. Wedges may need to bake an additional 15 minutes, depending upon how soft you like them.
