Ingredients For homemade potato wedges

  • 6-8 lb
    potatoes, scrubbed clead, leave skins intact
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • vegetable spray
  • seasoned salt
  • grated parmesan cheese

How To Make homemade potato wedges

  • 1
    Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil. Cover the bottom of the pan with olive oil.

    Cut potatoes into wedges and place wedges skin-side-down on the greased baking sheet.
  • 3
    Spray wedges with vegetable spray and sprinkle with seasoned salt and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 4
    Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Check for tenderness. Wedges may need to bake an additional 15 minutes, depending upon how soft you like them.
