How to Make Homemade Potato Wedges
- Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil. Cover the bottom of the pan with olive oil.
- Cut potatoes into wedges and place wedges skin-side-down on the greased baking sheet.
- Spray wedges with vegetable spray and sprinkle with seasoned salt and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Check for tenderness. Wedges may need to bake an additional 15 minutes, depending upon how soft you like them.
