These potatoes are so easy to make I bake them the same time I Roast my meat. Better then any box ones and very YUMMY!

Ingredients
- 1 package (8oz pkg.) cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives or dried minced onions
How To Make home spun scolloped potatoes

Step 1In a large sauce pan Combine the cream cheese , milk , salt and pepper. Stir over LOW heat until smooth.

Step 2Add the potatoes and onions or chives and mix Lightly.

Step 3Spoon into a 1-1/2 QT. baking dish.

Step 4Cover and Bake @ 350 deg. for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Step 5Stir before serving.
