THE ORIGINAL RECIPE USED REAL POTATOES BUT AFTER MY STROKE I COULD NO LONGER PEEL THEM SO I TRIED THE CANNED POTATOES AND IT WAS AMAZINGLY DELISH! I WAS VERY GLAD THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE DISHES

  • 1 -15OZ can sliced white potatoes
  • 3-TBLS - four
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 TEAS - salt
  • DASH - pepper

How To Make home made scalloped potatos

  • Step 1
    BUTTER THE INSIDE OF A 1-1/12 QRT DISH. SPREAD THE POTATOES EVENLY INTO THE DISH. AS YOU LAYER THE POTATOS DOT WITH BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH FLOUR AND ADD SALT & PEPER,.POUR THE MILK OVER EACH LAYER. BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT AN HOUR
