THE ORIGINAL RECIPE USED REAL POTATOES BUT AFTER MY STROKE I COULD NO LONGER PEEL THEM SO I TRIED THE CANNED POTATOES AND IT WAS AMAZINGLY DELISH! I WAS VERY GLAD THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE DISHES

- 1/2 TEAS - salt

Step 1BUTTER THE INSIDE OF A 1-1/12 QRT DISH. SPREAD THE POTATOES EVENLY INTO THE DISH. AS YOU LAYER THE POTATOS DOT WITH BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH FLOUR AND ADD SALT & PEPER,.POUR THE MILK OVER EACH LAYER. BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT AN HOUR
