Ingredients
- 4 - potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths lengthwise
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 ounces parmesan cheese
- - freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
- - kosher salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons snipped chives
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make herbed potato wedges

Step 1Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Melt butter in a large, shallow baking dish while oven is heating.

Step 2Arrange potatoes in a single layer over the butter. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs and seasonings.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and baste with butter. Return to oven and bake until tender (about 20-30 minutes longer).

Step 4Mix sour cream and chives. Serve on the side.
