Ingredients

potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths lengthwise
1/2 c
butter
4 oz
parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp
rosemary, dried
1/2 tsp
parsley flakes
1/2 tsp
thyme, dried
kosher salt to taste
2 Tbsp
snipped chives
1 c
sour cream

How to Make Herbed Potato Wedges

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
    Melt butter in a large, shallow baking dish while oven is heating.
  • 2Arrange potatoes in a single layer over the butter. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs and seasonings.
  • 3Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and baste with butter. Return to oven and bake until tender (about 20-30 minutes longer).
  • 4Mix sour cream and chives. Serve on the side.
