herbed potato bake
This is a huge hit in my home. It's a very simple side dish to make and boy...... when it's in the oven, the herbs that are mixed in with the potatoes just smell so good and you put those bad boys on your plate and start to eat.... well, this is an herb party in your mouth. And who doesn't love potatoes?!! Slice your potatoes thinly so they get done a little faster, but if they're not quite done, just leave the casserole dish in the oven a little longer. I hope you love this!
