Herbed Potato Bake
1/4 cbutter or margarine, melted
1 tspseasoned salt (like mccormick's season all)
1/4 tspdried oregano
1/4 tspdried thyme
1/4 tspdried marjoram leaves
4large potatoes, thinly sliced (any kind, but i use russet. if you like a different kind, use that instead)
2medium sized onions, thinly sliced (i use yellow or spanish onions)
How to Make Herbed Potato Bake
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray a 2-2/12 qt. casserole dish.
- Mix butter, salt, pepper and herbs in a large bowl. Add potatoes and onions and toss until everything is
well coated. Turn into prepared casserole dish.
- Cover and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
