How to Make Herbed Mashed Potatoes
- 1Peel potatoes and cook in boiling water (with a couple of teaspoons salt) until done.
- 2When done, drain the potatoes and mash them, using a hand mixer.
- 3Add all the herbs, a little salt and pepper to taste, the butter, and just enough milk to create the texture you like best.
- 4Pour mashed potatoes into baking dish, and bake at 350, covered, for about 45 minutes.
