hearty bacon potato chowder
I believe its cold here, 35 degrees so Im making some good old comfort food. This bacon potato chowder is one of the best comfort food you can have. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- 8 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups cubed new red potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 10 3/4 ounces can condenced cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces can whole kernal corn, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried

Step 1In a 3 quart sauce pan cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes; Add potatoes and onions. Continue cooking occasionally, until potatoes are tender [15--20 minutes.]Add remaining ingredients. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through [10--12 minutes]
