- 3 cups finely diced cooked potatoes
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

Step 1Combine all ingredients except butter. Melt butter in a heavy skillet, being sure melted butter covers all of the skillet. Add potato mixture, brown slowly, about twenty minutes on each side. Serve hot.
