  • 2 lb
    hash brown potatoes, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • ·
    corn flake crumbs

How to Make Hashbrown Potato Casserole


  1. Mix together melted butter, sour cream, soup, salt & pepper. Combine with hash browns.
  2. Place in greased casserole. Cover lightly with corn flake crumbs. Cook 30-45 min at 350. Should be bubbly and slightly moist with browned crust.
