  • 1 pkg
    frozen obrien hash browns (12 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom
  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • ·
    pinch of salt and pepper

How to Make Hashbrown Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
