Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

  • 2 lb
    frozen hashbrowns
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How To Make hashbrown casserole

  • 1
    Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in microwave. In a bowl, add minced onions, sour cream, and soup. Add melted butter. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When done, stur well.
