- 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 pounds frozen shreded hash browns
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make hashbrown casserole

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic powder. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese, mix well.

Step 2Place into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
