Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups grated colby cheese
- 1 - 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed slightly and broken up with a fork
How To Make hashbrown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine soup, melted margarine (or butter), salt, pepper, onions, and cheese.

Step 2Gently mix in the potatoes and pour all into prepared dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
