Ingredients
- 1 package dice hashbrowns, frozen
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint (or 2 cups) sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 - small onion, chopped
How To Make hashbrown caserole

Step 1In large bowl put hashbrowns, onion and 2 cups of cheese.

Step 2In a small bowl mix together cream of chicken soup and sour cream.

Step 3Pour sour cream mixture over hashbrown mixture and stir until completely mixed.

Step 4Put all of this in a 9 x 13 baking pan and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheese over the top.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees 40 - 45 minutes or until the potaotoes are soft.
