Hashbrown Caserole

1 pkgdice hashbrowns, frozen
-
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
-
1 pt(or 2 cups) sour cream
-
2 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1small onion, chopped
How to Make Hashbrown Caserole
- In large bowl put hashbrowns, onion and 2 cups of cheese.
- In a small bowl mix together cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
- Pour sour cream mixture over hashbrown mixture and stir until completely mixed.
- Put all of this in a 9 x 13 baking pan and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheese over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees 40 - 45 minutes or until the potaotoes are soft.
