This is a dish I can eat morning, noon and night. Great for any meal and also for a side. It's super cheesy and comforting!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (24oz) shredded hash browns
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked ham, bacon, or sausage, chopped
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional)
  • - top with additional shredded cheese right out of oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese!

How To Make hash brown quiche casserole

  • Step 1
    Lightly press hash browns in well greased 9 x 13. Brush top with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and turn down temperature to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, milk & salt, set aside. Layer cheese and meat over hash browns, then pour egg mixture over. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes. (Until inserted knife is clean.)
  • Step 2
    Top with Cheese when still hot to melt and sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
