I found this recipe 30 years ago in the star. This can be made for breakfast or a side for dinner. This is so easy. Always requested at potlucks

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen southern style hashbrowns 32oz
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag cheddar cheese, shredded 4 cups
- 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make hash brown potato casserole

Step 1Thaw hash browns in microwave

Step 2Mix all ingredients together saving two cups of cheese for the top of casserole.Put in a buttered 9x11 -inch pan and spread remaining cheese on top.Crush saltine crackers in a freezer bag. Add butter and microwave until melted. Mix contents of bag together and sprinkle on top of cheese.

Step 3bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes
