Ingredients
- 2 pounds hash browns potatoes
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- - salt and pepper
How To Make hash brown casserole

Step 1Saute the chopped onion with the butter over medium heat until soft, remove from heat and mix all ingredients together.Place in a casserole dish or a 9x13 pan, that has been buttered. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes to an hour. Let set for 10 minutes then enjoy.
