Easter dinner is not complete without these taters on the table. The pair well with ham. They are thick, rich and cheesy. You can use plain cubed hash brown potatoes but I love to use the O'Brien potatoes with onions and peppers. Recipe is from my mama and the picture is mine.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds o'brien potatoes (cubed hash browns with onions and peppers)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 3 cups cheddar or colby jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped (if using regular cubed hash browns)
- - salt and pepper
How To Make hash brown casserole-annette's

Step 1Preheat oven to 300°F. Spray 9x13 or casserole with Pam.

Step 2Mix all ingredient minus 2 cups of cheese. Pour into pan. Top with remaining 2 cups cheese.

Step 3Bake for 1 1/2 hours until cheese is golden brown. Enjoy!
