Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 medium onion
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 10 1/2 ounces can cream of celery soup
- 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese/reserve 4 oz for topping
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 30 ounces bag of frozen shredded hash brown
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make hash brown casserole

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees/lightly butter 9x12 casserole dish

Step 2melt butter and saulte onions until soft. pour onions and botter into a mixing bowl . add all other ingredients and mix well

Step 3Pour mixture into the casserole dish . Top with cheese and bake for 45 min
