Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 - 2 cups diced ham (optional)
How To Make hash brown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish.

Step 2Combine eggs, milk, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

Step 3Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
