Ingredients

  • 6 large
    eggs, well beaten
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    (30 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 1 small
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 - 2 c
    diced ham (optional)

How to Make Hash Brown Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
