How To Make hash brown casserole
-
Step 1Stir potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, soup and cheese in bowl
-
Step 2Pour potato mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with crumbs and remaining melted butter. Bake uncovered in preheated 325°F oven for 1 hour.
-
Step 3SOME OPTIONS I have added left over ham, or turkey to this and it becomes A nice easy lunch or supper with a toss salad. This also works just fine in a crock pot. Cook on low about 2 hrs hold onto the crumbs and top with more cheese .
