Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 1 can cream of potato soup (10 3/4 oz.)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 X 13 pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to 9 X 13 pan and sprinkle the top with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Bake for one hour or until done (top browned and bubbly).
