frozen hash browns, thawed
cream of mushroom soup
nacho cheese soup
salt or garlic salt
shredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Hash Brown Casserole
1Cut bacon into bite sized pieces. Saute bacon and onion in a skillet until bacon is crisp & onions are tender.
2In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, soups, salt, Hot Shot, bacon & onion until thoroughly combined.
3Place mixture in a greased 13x9 casserole dish, cover dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
4Remove foil and top with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot & bubbly.
